Our Team

Owner Instructor

With over two decades of combined experience in military law enforcement, private security, and federal law enforcement, I’ve built a career dedicated to service, leadership, and professional training in high-risk, real-world environments.

I began my journey in 1999, when I enlisted in the U.S. Military Police Corps, where I served with distinction for 14 years and rose to the rank of Sergeant (E-5). During that time, I developed a strong foundation in law enforcement, tactical operations, and team leadership. In 2001, I simultaneously began working in the private security sector, gaining hands-on experience that would shape the next phase of my career.

Since leaving the military in 2013, I’ve continued to serve in federal law enforcement and private security, advancing to the rank of Lieutenant. In this role, I’ve led teams, managed mission-critical operations, and maintained the highest standards of compliance, safety, and professionalism.

But beyond the fieldwork, my true passion lies in training and mentoring. I hold multiple professional certifications, including:

Firearms & Firearms Instruction (2021)
Security Officer Training & Instruction (2025)

These certifications represent not only technical proficiency, but a commitment to helping others grow. I specialize in delivering real-world, scenario-based training that prepares individuals—from new firearms owners to seasoned security personnel—to operate with confidence, competence, and integrity.
